I have small flys in my soil. i know they are not spider mites as they are not white. They look like small fruit flys and seem to live in the soil. I was very carefull to eliminate contamination and the introduction of insects so I am not sure where they came from. What insecticide should I use to kill the bugs and how can I prevent them from coming back? Thanks    Confused
